FLAPY BIRD · GLOBAL CHALLENGE
Privacy policy
Effective and last updated: 19 September 2026
This policy explains how Vimoora Games handles information in Flapy Bird – Global Challenge, its online game service and its game pages. The Android package is com.vimoora.flapybird. This policy is specific to Flapy Bird; other Vimoora games have their own policies.
For privacy questions or requests, contact support@vimoora.io and mention Flapy Bird.
1. Information we handle
- Player account: your game account identifier, player name, chosen avatar, optional uploaded photo, account preferences, and sign-in and recovery records.
- Google sign-in: if you connect Google, its native Android account chooser supplies a signed identity token. We verify it and store the Google account identifier needed to link and recover your game account. We do not receive your Google password or request access to your Gmail messages or contacts.
- Gameplay and progress: scores, flight inputs and verification records, ranking positions, levels, equipped birds, inventory, coins, rewards, challenge and comeback activity, and relevant timestamps.
- Purchases and rewarded videos: product identifiers, purchase status, encrypted purchase tokens, order references, a game-account identifier used for purchase verification, and ad-reward attempt and transaction identifiers. Google Play handles payment details; our game backend does not collect your full card number.
- Settings and device storage: audio and motion preferences, notification choices, cached profile information, saved flights and unfinished requests. Sign-in credentials are stored using the Android app's protected storage. Clearing app data or uninstalling can remove local progress and settings without deleting the cloud account.
- Service operation and support: connection information such as IP address, request time and error information, game activity or performance events sent to our service, reports, and information you include when contacting support. Advertising providers also handle device information described below.
A profile photo is optional. The game uploads the image you select for your profile; it does not request access to your entire photo library for background collection. The game does not request microphone, contacts or precise-location permissions.
2. How we use information
We use information to save and recover your progress, verify flights, calculate rankings, deliver coins and items, operate competitions and comeback offers, verify purchases and video rewards, manage refunds, send enabled game notifications, answer support requests, and detect cheating, fraud or misuse. Operational information helps us diagnose problems and improve the game.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, these purposes rely on providing the service you request, legitimate interests in running and securing the game, legal obligations, or consent where required for optional processing such as advertising. You can change the relevant optional choices as described below.
4. Advertising, purchases and Google services
Google AdMob: rewarded videos are optional. Google's advertising SDK can collect IP addresses, advertising or app/device identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostics for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. IP addresses can be used to estimate general location. Processing depends on your consent choices, device settings and the ad services used. See Google's advertising SDK data disclosure and how Google uses information from partner apps.
The game uses Google's consent interface where required. Settings → Game → Ad privacy options lets you reopen the privacy options when Google makes them available. You can also manage advertising identifiers in Android settings. To award a video reward, we send a random reward-attempt identifier and verify Google's confirmation against your game account.
Google Play Billing: Google processes checkout. We exchange purchase verification information and an obfuscated game-account identifier with Google so an item is delivered to the correct account, only once, and can be reconciled after a refund.
Google account linking: connecting Google is optional and is used to authenticate and recover your player. Google's own processing is explained in the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Your choices and controls
- Use Settings → Account to change your player name, replace or remove your uploaded photo, or manage your account.
- Use Settings → Notifications or Android notification settings to control game alerts and reminders. When enabled, the app can check for your game notifications in the background.
- Choose whether to watch a rewarded video, connect Google or make a purchase. Local practice does not submit a ranked flight or earn cloud rewards.
- Manage the game's Google connection through your Google Account. Revoking that connection or logging out does not itself delete your Flapy Bird cloud account.
6. Delete your account or request data deletion
In the game: open Settings → Account → Manage account → Delete account and confirm. This removes the uploaded profile photo and Google account link, replaces the player name, invalidates account access and removes the profile from active player features. Some historical records remain as explained below.
Without the app: email support@vimoora.io with the subject “Flapy Bird account deletion”. Include your player name and, if available, the Player ID shown in Settings → Account. You can also use this address to request deletion of particular information without deleting the entire account. We may ask for information needed to verify account ownership before acting.
Do not send passwords, recovery codes, sign-in tokens or full payment-card details. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete server records. Deleting a game account does not delete your Google account or automatically refund a Google Play purchase.
7. Retention and security
We retain account and progress information while needed to provide the game and account recovery. Following account deletion, historical flight, competition, currency, reward, purchase, verification and audit records can remain linked to a non-public internal identifier for transaction integrity, fraud prevention, dispute handling and legal obligations. Retention varies with the record and reason; this policy does not promise that every record is erased immediately. Contact us to request review or deletion of retained information.
Restricted backups may contain earlier copies until those backups are replaced or removed. Google retains information it processes under its own policies.
The game communicates with our service over HTTPS. Account access and administrative access are controlled, and stored purchase tokens are encrypted. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
8. Privacy questions and requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, receive a copy of, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact support@vimoora.io and identify Flapy Bird and the request. We may verify your identity and consider any applicable retention requirements before responding. Withdrawing consent does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing.
9. Parents and guardians
Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of online profiles, optional purchases and advertising features. Avoid including a child's real name or identifying details in a public profile. If you believe a child has supplied personal information without the permission required by applicable law, contact us so we can investigate and arrange appropriate removal.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game or its data practices change. The current version will remain available on this page with an updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent for material changes.
